📌Admission Conditions (Payment prior to admission)
- Proof of payment will be required prior to allocation of a booth at the Poultry Show. A copy of your bank deposit slip will also be accepted. The exhibition at least one week before the build-up date i.e. 01st October 2026, organizers may refuse admission to exhibit where evidence of payment cannot be shown.
- Foreign participants should avail a copy of the passport/s of the individual/s who are going to represent them in the exhibition at least one week before the build-up date i.e. 01st October 2026.
📌 Booth Specifications and Customization Requests
Each standard exhibition booth measures 3 × 3 square meters and is furnished with one table and two chairs.
Should you require any special arrangements, including additional furnishings or customized décor, we kindly request that you specify these needs in your registration email. Our team will review your request and advise on feasibility and any associated costs.
